This website (www.ppahc.in) is operated by or on behalf of the Punjab Professional Allied & Healthcare Council (“the Council”). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of the site

The site provides information about the Council’s statutory functions under the NCAPH Act, 2021 — including registration, licensing, renewal, institution recognition, notifications and verification. It is provided for general information and official communication purposes.

3. Accuracy of content

The Council endeavours to keep information current and correct. However, content may be updated, corrected or withdrawn at any time without notice. Notifications, figures and records shown for illustration do not constitute the official record unless expressly stated. In case of any discrepancy, the Council’s official records prevail.

4. Registration verification service

Where a verification facility is provided, it is intended to confirm the registration status of practitioners for public protection. Results are indicative and subject to the Council’s official register. The Council is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of an online result without confirmation from the Council office.

5. Permitted use

• Use the site lawfully and only for its intended purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems.
• Do not misuse the verification facility, submit false information, or interfere with the site’s operation.
• Do not reproduce the Council’s emblem, name or content in a manner that implies endorsement or official status without authorisation.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, the Council emblem, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to the Council and is protected by law. You may view and print material for personal, non-commercial reference, retaining all notices. Any other use requires prior written permission.
